What We Do

We strive to facilitate and encourage the adoption of self-regulatory practices for the online skill gaming industry.

  • Code of Conduct : We remain committed to ensuring player safety and protection through our rigorous Code of Conduct (“CoC”). We have worked with global gaming regulatory experts from the US and Europe to design transparent, professional, and ethical operating standards that prescribe and enforce a set of rules for members to operate responsibly while ensuring customer security and player protection.
  • EGF Certification: We certify our members who meet all requirements as laid out in the Code of Conduct and have undergone the mandatory audit by an independent, third-party audit firm to ensure compliance. Such eligible members are awarded the EGF certification.
  • Player Protection: Endorsing ‘Responsible Play’, we offer a self-assessment tool – a reliable and standardized measure of assessing irresponsible behavior while playing.  Our responsible gaming rules and guidance provide a framework for addressing gaming concerns in new and potentially effective ways to protect players.
